We just wanted to give you a little feedback and let you know that we have enjoyed working with you on the TWO home inspections that you have done for us. We were more than satisfied with the in-person report that you did with my husband. He felt like you were very thorough and honest about the condition of the house. Coming into the second inspection, we were planning to get an additional mold/asbestos test, but you were upfront and told us not to waste our money. We appreciated your honesty.
The written report was very informative and easy to follow. We were able to use it to formulate our own "To do" list. We especially liked the photos because those are things we didn't look closely at while we were checking out the house.
