At All Points Inspections we are committed to ensuring that our clients truly know what they are buying. We’re familiar from the ground up with all the structural components and major systems of a home and how to investigate and identify possible problems within these systems. We’re proud to provide truly personalized service.

A family-owned business since 2000, All Points has over 70 combined years of in-depth experience. In Utah, our founder, Al Rickard and son and partner Fredd, have 50 years of combined construction experience. In Montana, partners Howard and Scott Rickard have several years experience in fields related to home construction and maintenance. All of us trained at the School of Building Inspection in Salt Lake City, and all are fully certified to conduct mold inspection through the EAA (Environmental Assessment Association).

We serve two locations: Salt Lake City and the surrounding counties of Salt Lake, Davis, Summit, Tooele, Utah, and Weber; and Billings, Montana and the surrounding counties of Carbon, Stillwater, Yellowstone, and Mussellshell. We specialize in residential and light commercial (duplex, four-plex, eight-plex). We offer environmental inspections, including mold, radon, asbestos and water analysis. In addition, we do Pre-Marketing inspections and new construction/building constructions before and after.

Committed to consumer education, we urge you to be present at the final walk-through of our inspection, a valuable educational experience during which you can ask questions on the spot and better understand our report. We focus on helping you avoiding costly mistakes, thus empowering you to make sound decisions. We’re always pleased to provide complementary telephone follow-up for as long as you own your property. We request 48 hours advance notice to schedule.

Our easy-to-read and extremely thorough, precise, detailed reports cover up to 1,000 points inspected and reported on. Digital photos are included. The report is provided within 24 hours of the inspection.
